General description:

The Sony / Tektronix 370 Programmable Curve Tracer is a high performance, GPIB-programmable digital storage curve tracer, which provides static and dynamic semiconductor device measurements.

It delivers comprehensive information on a range of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits - from two, three, and four-terminal devices such as diodes (signal, rectifier, zener); transistors (bipolar, FET); thyristors (SCR, UJT, Traic) to optoelectronic (optoisolator, photodetector) and ICs.

The 370 offers all of the benefits of programmable instrumentation, from curve storage to precise repetition of test parameters and data; from automatic sequencing to various comparisons of device behavior at different points in time - all with the added capability of computerized control and analysis.

Features:

This curve tracer has been used in our lab for around a year. It is in beautiful cosmetic condition with only a few barely noticeable scratches.

It is also in excellent electrical condition. As you will see in the pictures below, all switches and buttons are intact and all are functioning properly. There is no calibration label, but when we received it, we replaced the CRT and then went through the calibration procedures using our test equipment. Everything is perfectly within spec down to the nanoamp! We also replaced the rear air filter (missing on most units), the transistor sockets and plastic door/cover. The pictures below are all authentic so you can see what you are getting.

NEW CRT HAS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT RETICULE:
The reticule in the original model 370 CRT said "AUX SUPPLY".
This new CRT was for a 370A, and it says "% of collector volts" and is in a slightly different position.
Nevertheless, it is just words on the CRT reticule. The function is still "AUX" and it works perfectly.
