Getting SMS through emails

Hello All, I was wondering if anyone has used the email portfolio to get sms in IMU, I have tried .. but email just does not get connected .. any help will be highly appreciated.

For the email functionality to work you need the Pro version i believe.

You should aim it at an pop3 server. It will pop the emails from the email server into imu, for further processing.

I even have used http://tweetymail.com/ to display tweets through this.
And facebook mail notification to get that working aswel.

The e-mail functionality works in the Basic version (Advanced IMU).

A POP email account is a requirement. Keep in mind that some providers as much email sent to an email address that they these blocks. (spam)

You can also look at your own hosting.

I use the email functional quality for years without any problem.
