Shipping costs

Some Pangolin products, such as LD2000 Pro and Basic, include free FedEx shipping anywhere in the world. Other products, such as LD2000 Intro and Lasershow Performer, will have shipping charges added.

Customer guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with Pangolin:

• Pangolin products: LD2000 systems have a 90-day money-back guarantee; other Pangolin-manufactured products have a 30-day money-back guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied, return the LD2000 system in undamaged condition for a refund of all costs, less any shipping costs.
• Other products: Products distributed by Pangolin, but manufactured by other companies such as ECCS' Aquila, are covered by the manufacturers' guarantee. Please visit their websites for details.

Return policy

Pangolin-manufactured products may be returned for a refund during the money-back guarantee period (90 days for LD2000 systems, 30 days for other products). Pangolin-distributed products may be returned for a refund or replacement only in case of defective merchandise; any other remedy must be addressed by the manufacturer.
        For the money-back guarantees, we will refund all money except shipping, insurance and customs charges. You are responsible for shipping, insurance and customs charges when returning the item to Pangolin. We cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
