October, November and December are very busy months for Pangolin, and we are experiencing high demand for our products during this time period.
     Although we can usually ship LD2000 systems and SMS systems within one day of ordering, sometimes there could be a longer delay. Likewise the Lasershow Performer console, Lasershow Converter MAX, Lasershow Converter FLASH, Flashback 3 Laser Controllers, and TC2000 Timecode readers are generally available to ship within just one day, but due to the high demand we are experiencing there could be a longer delay. Wide Angle Lenses, Lasershow Performer consoles and HD24 modifications may take longer.
     If you need us to ship products by a certain date, please contact Pangolin to make sure that we can meet your delivery needs.

Shipping guarantee

Notwithstanding the above estimates, please note that our guarantee is shipment within four weeks of payment confirmation. Sometimes there are shortages of boards or parts, and thus we cannot always ship as fast as when systems are in stock. Also, we will be closed during times such as Christmas and Thanksgiving, and during major trade shows such as the annual ILDA Conference.
        Let us know when you need the product. For any product, we can give a more accurate shipping estimate when you call with your order or potential order.
